Due to work, sometimes I might take a while. Please just stay patient, and I will ALWAYS communicate TATs and whatnot. If you want your commission prioritized, that will cost extra. If you'd like to take a look at where you are on my queue, please check out my Trello

I have the right to deny any commission I am not comfortable with or would prefer not to do. I also won't cancel commissions unless absolutely necessary or I find that you've broken my TOS in any way

Please note that my styles aren't the most consistent due to me constantly developing them

Please credit me for the work that I do! If you post it anywhere, please make sure to credit me (I'm on Toyhouse, Twitter, Insta, and Tumblr (@Haysprite for all of them). Also let me know if you're okay with me posting your commission, since I do like posting all my work!

To contact me, please message me through Toyhouse, Twitter, or Insta DMs! I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can! If I don't reach back after a couple days, feel free to try another way.

PLEASE feel free to ask me questions if you're confused about anything on my TOS/Commission sheet or want to know if I'll draw something not listed on my Will/Won't Draw lists!

Payment will be done through either PayPal or Ko-Fi, whichever you'd prefer! I may also take Robux or V-Bucks as payment, but only if I don't need the money for something else

If its a sketch or doodle, I would like all of the payment upfront

If its a colored/shaded piece, I would like half upfront and the rest once I'm finished; You may pay all upfront if preferred

I will ALWAYS ask for a confirmation before starting a comm! This is to ensure that I don't start working on something just in case you need to refund before I begin.

I will NOT refund anything after I have finished the piece!

I will give a partial refund after finishing a sketch UNLESS you allow me to use the sketch for something else (ie: YCHs, personal art, etc)

If its a custom character comm, I will do a partial refund if you just want the sketch or I'll give a full refund and put the character up for sale

Please be as specific as you can with what you'd like (poses, facial expressions, important details, etc), otherwise I will take creative liberty

Please be specific with what type of art you'd like (ex: Main Style Sketch; Little Guy Style Shaded; Portrait Colored)

I will send you WIPs to make sure that everything looks okay! PLEASE make sure you tell me when anything looks wrong asap. I will gladly change things, BUT I will charge extra if they're extreme changes, especially if the piece is mostly finished

I want to make sure I draw your characters accurately, so if their body type, nose shape, or whatever else you notice doesn't look right, TELL ME!!! I'm still learning how to draw a lot of features, so I'll gladly take the time to make sure I draw them correctly

My art MAY NOT be used for commercial use in any way!

Please be as specific as you can with what you would like the character to look like unless you'd like me to take creative liberty. Inspo boards or detailed descriptions are MORE than appreciated

I'll gladly do designs based on moodboards or complete mystery designs, just please let me know if there's anything you DO or DON'T want the design to include

Any designs done by me now belong to YOU! You may do whatever you'd like with them as long as you don't use said character for proship, hate, or gross work in general. You are more than welcome to use them for NSFW as long as the character isn't underage

If paying with money (Robux and V-Bucks included), you must pay for the adopt upfront (I will gladly do payment plans if asked, but I won't send the character until all the money is sent)

If paying with art or characters, please send your side of the trade first, then I will send mine asap!

I will keep characters on hold for up to a week unless we discuss otherwise or you keep me updated if something comes up. I will message you for updates if I don't hear back from you. If the time has passed and you haven't paid nor responded back, then I will put the character back up for sale

You MUST be 18+ to request this, and I will require a show of ID to confirm this; If you are a minor and ask for this, I will add you to my blacklist until you're of age

I REFUSE to draw suggestive work of minors!

I will only show examples if asked (again, must be 18+)

I will not draw full blown NSFW or any genitalia so don't bother asking

I will not draw toys, gear, or anything else like it; I will gladly draw lingerie

I will draw nudity as long as its above the waist (I will draw boobs). This can be done by only having a half-body or by being clothed below the waist

I refuse to discriminate on body types, so yes I will gladly draw your fat characters being sexy (to the best of my ability ofc)

I'm a little more hesitant to draw men compared to women (I'm a lesbian that loves drawing women a lot lmfao), but I will still gladly give it a shot if I feel like I can draw your character correctly
